EVANKA is a manufacturer specializing in kitchen and bathroom products as well as copper material components. Founded in 1996, we serve global customers with a fully integrated supply chain covering design, production, quality control, and logistics.
We are not a pure trading company. Our team supports customers from product development and sampling to mass production and shipment follow-up.
With long-term manufacturing experience and stable production resources, we can provide OEM and ODM cooperation for brands, distributors, and project customers.

Yes, we provide laser logo engraving for brand customization. If a printed logo is required, brand authorization must be provided for approval.

The standard development cycle usually follows this process:
DFM (Design for Manufacturing): 1-2 weeks
Sample making: 2-4 weeks

We provide a 3-year quality warranty for all faucet products.
Chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, gunmetal, gold, champagne gold, rose gold, oil-rubbed bronze, and more.
Sample orders are available. Customers need to cover the product sample fee and air freight.
Production will start after the sample is confirmed.
Our faucets comply with:

We usually use the following international brands: YIZHAN, SEDAL, KEROX, Vernet.
We can also use other brands according to customer requirements.
Plating thickness is usually between 8 and 20 microns, depending on the surface finish.
We provide salt spray test reports, typically from 48 to 500 hours depending on the product and customer requirements.
Our standard capacity is approximately 150,000 faucets per month.
This capacity can be adjusted for urgent or large-scale orders.
Quality Control & Testing
Our quality control system includes four stages:
IQC (Incoming Quality Control): incoming raw materials are inspected to ensure they meet standards.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) monitors the production line to maintain process consistency.
FQC (Final Quality Control) performs a comprehensive inspection of finished products before packaging.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) verifies final product quality before shipment.
Yes. Customers may arrange third-party inspection at any time.

Our defect rate is controlled at 0.5%.

Logistics, Shipping & Payment
We support FOB, CIF, and DDP trade terms. FOB is suitable for buyers who arrange their own shipping, CIF includes insurance and freight to the destination port, and DDP covers all costs and risks until the goods are delivered to the buyer location.
Our main shipping ports are Shenzhen and Nan’an in China.
The standard production lead time is 30 to 45 days after order confirmation.
Yes. We support custom barcodes and private labeling.
